A passion of mine is teaching Tai Chi, a graceful, slow moving exercise from the Asian Culture. Tai Chi is the most practiced exercise in the world. It also known as moving meditation which improves balance, lowers blood pressure and creates a peaceful lifestyle along with many other health benefits.
I am certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor and have had the pleasure of practicing for over 17 years here in Tampa Bay Area. I enjoy spreading the healthy peaceful life that melds mind, body and spirit. I have studied and mastered the Yang and Chen authentic long form with 108 movements and short form with Master Jesse Tsoa. I’ve also studied with other Tai Chi masters including: Master Dennis Kelly, Master Chunyi Lin’s Spring Forest Qi Gong, Master Paul Lam and Master Jeff Primack. I was mostly influenced by Master Jesse Tsao because of his graceful fluidity in the practice of Tai Chi making this form effective for all ages.
